In 2023 we transformed Helnan Phønix Hotel brand presence across multiple platforms. 

Brief:

Helnan Phønix Hotel wanted to refresh their online presence, with a focus on updating their outdated visuals and modernizing their brand image. They also aimed to grow their social media following, while highlighting their rich history & prime location. They provided us with Key words such as "historical landmark hotel" & "luxury meets tradition".

 

The Solution: 

Our team presented a comprehensive visual identity overhaul, including a new way of using the logo, refined guidelines, and an updated aesthetic aligning their vision.

Highlighting the hotels rich history

We conducted professional photography sessions to capture every aspect of the hotel, from rooms to social spaces. In this process we emphasized Heritage Marketing to promote the hotel’s rich history & heritage as a central part of its brand, appealing to guests who appreciate historical significance & luxury. Through storytelling, we crafted a compelling narrative that connects the hotel’s history, character, and unique offerings to potential guests, highlighting it as the ideal venue for weddings & special events. This approach not only showcases the hotel’s unique charm but also creates an emotional connection with guests, making it a sought-after destination.

Results: 

Significant growth in brand awareness:

The new Visual identity across multiple platforms led to an immediate increase in direct bookings. The hotel attracted significant attention and reservations from younger demographics, conscious consumers, as well as cultural enthusiasts, young business professionals, and families. The emphasis on the hotel’s prime location, - right in the middle of the city, with everything within walking distance, further boosted interest & engagement..

Achieved a 143.88% increase in followers within the first 4.5 months, starting with 187 followers.

Sustained growth over 10 months:

Accounts Engaged + 606 % in may 2024.

August 2023 to June 1st. 2024, the hotel's follower count surged by 473.26%, reaching 1.073 followers.

Certain rooms and accommodations have become highly sought after, driven by the compelling storytelling on social media. After seeing the stunning, historical, almost royal surroundings, more weddings have been booked as guests are drawn to the hotel’s elegant spaces for celebrations. Influencers have also expressed interest and are eager to collaborate with the hotel.
